Patriot Points

The Patriot Point Program is a Positive Behavior Intervention and Support strategy implemented school-wide in order to encourage our students to consistently demonstrate P.R.I.D.E. within our school.

Patriot Points are given to students when a P.R.I.D.E. expectation is consistently observed or when a student is found to be going above and beyond these expectations, leading by a great example.

· Extra points will be distributed throughout the school year  (examples include attendance and participation)

All students can earn Patriot Points by displaying P.R.I.D.E. on a daily basis. Points are issued by EMHS staff.

Patriot Progress Roll

Teachers nominate up to two students per week who go above and beyond everyday expectations to be placed in a drawing for acknowledgment during morning announcements.  Students randomly drawn get called to the office to receive a prize.  Prizes throughout the school year vary.

Patriot 100 Board

Students who are recognized for Patriot PRIDE participate in schoolwide BINGO. (Patriot 100 Board) When a BINGO is won, those students are treated to a lunch.

Classroom Rewards

Each teacher will develop their own system of positive rewards for their own classroom.
